Caffreys Furniture have been producing furniture in the heart of County Meath for over 50 years, with seven strong prominent retail locations based in Athlone, Cavan, Dublin, Dundalk, Kilkenny, Navan, Wexford and our factory in Oldcastle.

We are currently looking to hire full-time Van Delivery Driver to join our team.

Job Type:
Full Time - Permanent

The ideal candidate will hold a B/C1 Licence.

Day Shift

Responsibilities and Duties

• Carry out daily multi-drop deliveries of furniture to customers’ homes and business premises.

• Assist with deliveries to company stores.

• Perform manual handling and basic furniture assembly as required during deliveries.

• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and that the truck is kept clean and organised.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Hold a full, clean Category B driving licence.

• Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role is an advantage.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

• Reliable, punctual, and an excellent timekeeper.

• Good command of English and legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Experience:

• Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

• Licence/Certification:

• Full Clean B/C1 Drivers Licence (required)

• Work Location: In person
