REFUND POLICY

At Caffreys we are rewowned for our excellent customer care team and quick delivery service nationwide. Our team are highly trained in this field and ensure all customers get the upmost service from our brand. We use a third party company to look after any minor faults once reported within the warranty of the sale. This company is skilled in furniture repair and installation. As stated in our terms and conditions under Section 11. Returns Policy: It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to our head office in Oldcastle Co. Meath. We recognises that many of our customers do not have the means to return some items, and so we will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances, a charge of €49 or €79 will be made to cover the cost of collecting and returning the items. This charge depends on location and items that need collecting.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be eligible for store credit ONLY.

Please Note: Custom made orders, floor models or display models cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, mattresses and mattress toppers which have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned unless they are faulty.
